About DCB.NET.AU

David Beevers
Welcome, DCB.NET.AU provides IT services to small business.

These include Cloud Computing services to meet business needs such as email, document storage and customer and contact tracking. These also include traditional IT services such as network design and implementation, remote any time / any where access, security and backup services.

I believe great results rely on two very human traits which are hard work and creativity. Applying these traits to providing IT solutions for small businesses has become our passion. DCB.NET.AU has been providing IT solutions to business for 10 years. We bring more than 20 years of IT and industry experience to our clients.

David Beevers - Director

Cloud Computing

We are constantly learning and applying innovative solutions and we now offer tried and tested Cloud Computing solutions to our clients. To save big $'000 on your IT, get great services for your business and potentially to help the environment contact us today...

We work mostly with small businesses from one person upwards. Cloud Computing services such as email, calendar, documents and backup are basic IT services that your business needs. Extend these services with improved customer information and improved project (case) information and your business will be really humming.

Website Design

Having an effective Web presence for your business can be as simple as having your own domain name, a simple website and listings in local business directories and in Google Maps. Alternatively a web site can be an integral part of your business processes. Check out Ric McconaghyWestinspect and Merimbula Marina. These clients use their websites daily to engage their customers and to generate sales.

Traditional IT Services

Of course we also offer all the traditional IT services from fixing your laptop or migrating your desktop to multi-office computer networks.

We aim to support you as your IT needs change and will work with you to design IT solutions that best suits your specific needs and that fit your budget. We don't have a single solution but will pull together different technologies and integrate them together for you. We can often use "free" open source software or open source versions of commercial software leaving an upgrade path to the full commercial product where appropriate.

Untangle firewall software is a great exampe of this philosophy that we have employed many times. Their basic software is free and installed on cost effective hardware provides excellent security, virus & spam protection. Upgrading is a matter of signing up for one of their subscription services.

We are also Novell and IBM business partners with experience in Novell Netware, Open Enterprise Server (Linux) & Open Workgroup Suit, IBM Lotus Notes & Lotus Domino.
