Westinspect is a central western NSW based building consultancy firm. Operated by husband and wife team David and Lisa Dillon we offer prepurchase building inspections, building defect reports, home owner warranty inspections and litigation support services.

After rebranding their business Westinspect needed a website that would support their business activities and help them sell their building inspection services.

A clean and crisp style and simple navigation allow customers to quickly view a sample inspection report and then click on a single button to request an inspection. Inspection requests are sequentially numbered, stored in a database (for backup) and emailed to the client and administration staff who initiate the inspection booking process.

Online payments for an inspection request are provided through integration with the Paypal shopping basket system. This has improved cash flow and reduced administrative overhead.

Google analytics has been provided to allow Westinspect to measure the success of their new website in converting visits to inspections.

Additional Website Features

• Joomla is used as the content management system 
• Joomla runs on a standard hosting with Melbourne IT Pty Ltd
• The website has two forms for collection of inspection requests from clients or solicitors who act on behalf of a client. 
• Insurance was a priority in designing the booking system and requirements from Wesinspect's insurer have been incorporated into the forms 
• DCB.NET.AU perform backups of the site including the SQL database
